USER'S HEALTH RISKS AND PREVENTION
PART II

            PC's are said to be 'user-friendly," but this doesn't mean using them does not have health risks. There are many illness that we can gain in using computer. So if we use computer we make sure we do it right.
 
GWH(Good Working Habits)
  - Tap on the keys and mouse buttons gently
  - Avoid long, uninterrupted periods of typing. You can stretch your fingers for 20 minutes.
  - Avoid starring at the monitor for long periods. You may take a break for 10 minutes.
PWD(Proper Workstation Design)
  - Proper posture. comfortable room.
  - Use adjustable workstation and an ergonomic computer chair.
  - Place the monitor 16-24 inches away, at eye level or slightly at a lower angle.
  - Use extendable legs of the keyboard.
  - Place mouse where it is easily accessible by your dominant hand.
  - Use a a document holder to minimize vertical head movements.
PP(Proper Posture)
  - Sit up straight and put the fee flat on the floor. Use a footrest if needed
  - Position you lower arms parallel with the floor and level to your keyboard, with the ekbows at our side.
  - Keep wrists straight.

  PC CARE AND SAFETY PROCEDURES 
FOR USERS(PART 1)

How to take care of your PC
 1. Computers should be place in dry and cool place with an electric fan or air conditioning. 
 2. All cables and connectors must be tied together to keep them away from the walkways to avoid accidents.
 3. Avoid eating near the computer cause food bits attracts insects can penetrate the hardware. Spilled drinks                might cause short circuits. 
4. Always use of AVR(automatic voltage regulator) to regulate electricity.
5. Do no tbump or drop computer components as any damage may cause them to malfunction.
6. Avoid clutter around your computer. Use soft cloth in cleaning the external parts.
7. Always scan computer viruses.
